Just as you use a clock to see time, nature has also created a clock inside our body so that everything related to the body can be done on time. This clock created by nature inside our body is called body clock.
This clock made by nature also applies to trees and plants and other animals. As the external environment changes, the biological clock inside our body performs all the functions of the body accordingly.
The time runs as a cycle until the sun rises, and accordingly our body also sleeps and performs daily tasks. Changes in our body also happen like changes in nature through this clock.

  4. 11 AM to 1 PM: At this time the energy starts flowing towards the heart, so the heart remains active during this time.
  5. 1 to 3 pm: Small intestine is active during this time. During this time it is better to drink water and eat food, sleep or drink tea causes damage to the body.
  6. 3 pm to 5 pm: During this time the bladder remains active. This is the right time to pass urine.
  7. 5 pm to 7 pm: The food served in the morning is digested by this time, so light meal should be taken at this time.
  8. 7 pm to 9 pm: During this time the Agnasya and kidneys remain active and the brain also works. The studies done at this time are quickly remembered.
  9. 9 to 11 pm: No food should be served at this time. Sleep at this time is the most relaxing, so sleep should be done during this time.
  10. 11 am to 1 pm: During this time liver and gall bladder remain active. By staying awake at this time, old age comes quickly.
  11. 1 pm to 3 pm: Liver works at this time. At this time the body needs to sleep deeply and failing to do so, the digestion gets disturbed.
