Be Inactive: If your routine is such that you do not have to move your hands and feet, then your weight gain is almost certain. Especially those who stay at home or work in the chair throughout the day should deliberately involve some physical activity in their daily life. Like in the event that you use stairs rather than lift, play a round of your advantage, for example, badminton, table-tennis, and so on. Gender: Whether you are a man or a woman also affects your weight. Usually women use less calories than men, so they are more likely to gain weight. The amount of fat in the body of women is more than that of men. A healthy woman of normal weight has 25% fat content in her body whereas in a similar man it is only 15%.

Obesity prevention.

It is necessary to adopt certain measures to reach the goal of obesity treatment and to maintain proper body weight for good health and to avoid obesity. All the programs related to weight loss give importance to change in food habits and increase in physical activities of the person, but it depends solely on the will of the person concerned.


There are also some food and fruits which can be reduced in your diet by reducing the excess fat stored in the body. For this, include low calorie food in the food and the amount of fiber should be high in the food. If the amount of fiber in the food is high, then your stomach will remain full and hunger will not be felt quickly, which will help in reducing your body weight.

Measures to avoid obesity include

  2. Exercise and Activity
  3. Behavior modification
  4. During menopause, diet and exercise.
  5. If these measures are not adopted, surgery is the last step to reduce weight under the treatment of obesity.
  6. Always make your diet plan so that you can keep your obesity in control.
