What is tadasana?

Tadasana is made up of two Sanskrit words, tad meaning mountain and asana meaning sitting posture. By doing this yoga, the length increases. At the same time, the digestive system is strong, blood circulation in the body is correct, strengthening in the knees, ankles and arms. This is a simple asana, which is very easy to do. Tadasana is very beneficial in terms of health.

How to do Tadasana?

For this, first place a mat in a clean place. Now stand facing the sun in a careful position. After that move both hands up in the air waving, and add together. Then join both hands and bring them to your brain. In this sequence, keep in mind that you stand on the toes while waving the knees in the air, and the heels of the feet meet each other. After this, lift the hands again from the brain and take them up and then waving in the air, come in a careful position. After a few moments of this posture, repeat it alternately. Whenever you do this yoga, keep breathing normal. Do Tadasana at least 10 times daily.

Benefits of Tadasana..

By doing this yoga, the knees, ankles and arms are strengthened. At the same time, blood starts circulating properly throughout the body. This makes your paws, ankles and thighs stronger and you are always healthy.

Beneficial in constipation..

People who have constipation. They must do Tadasana. This strengthens the digestive system and eliminates constipation. Apart from this, Tadasana is also helpful in removing the problem of Sciatica.

Beneficial in increasing length..

This is a genetic problem, but in many cases it is also the main reason why children depend on indoor games. In such a situation, you should advise your child to do yoga along with sports activity. At the same time, children whose length is not increasing. They should get Tadasan done. By doing this yoga, all parts of the body are stretched. Which increases the length.

Also beneficial in respiratory problems..

If there is any disease related to respiration, then do Tadasana daily. Doing this not only keeps the body healthy but also makes the respiratory system strong.
